#FEEC - (Female Empower & Encourage Coalition )

There is a substantial lack of support, training, funding and opportunities for females in the construction industry. I want to raise awareness as I work in the industry and it is a very rewarding sector. We need media attention, networking events, group meetings, funding to support young women into training or for basic site training required such as CSCS cards. The construction industry is massive with so many different types of jobs and roles. With our female skills and approach to things we can prove how beneficial we are to the sector, I have a few young women all wanting to work in the sector, all either looking for funding to train or at college but unhappy. They all have indicated that they are motivated, commited and want nothing else but to succeed in the industry. Some on the tools some as management. HELP US PROVIDE MENTORING, FACILITATE NETWORK EVENTS AND GROUP MEETINGS, HELP WITH TRAINING AND TO RAISE AWARNESS. Please and thank you.
